Many people who choose to work with me are at the intersection of several marginalized identities and often have experienced intergenerational, socio-cultural, interpersonal, and other types of trauma. Going through something like that and many other life issues, how can one not be impacted?! The resulting pain is often unbearable, and we cannot carry it alone. And you don’t have to.

Together, we will create an affirming space where you feel seen and understood, can explore any topic in a supportive environment, and connect with your inherent strength and wisdom. Our collaboration will be rooted in compassion and respect and prioritize your values, experiences, and goals to help you move through the current challenges at your own pace and in your own way.
